Touch control 업데이트 유의 사항

Use the following version guidelines when updating the Polycom Touch Control software: 

• If you are running version 1.5 or earlier, install the operating system software before installing the panel software. 

• If you are running version 1.6, install the updates in any order

 Support 에가면 Touch Control 을 업데이트 하기 위해 2가지 소프트웨어가 필요합니다.

• Polycom Touch Control Operating System Version 
• Polycom Touch Control Panel Software Version

현재 Touch control 의 버전이 1.5 를 포함한 이전 버전이면 위 중 operating system software 를 먼저 설치 후,

Panel Software를 설치 합니다.

1.6 이후 버전은 순서 관계없이 가능합니다.

HDX 에서 사용하던 Touch control을 Group 에서 사용하기 위해서는 Touch control 의 HDX firmware을 업데이트 시켜놔야만

Group Touch control firmware로 넘어 갈 수있습니다.
