Group 리모컨 채널 변경

Group 단말이 여러개 있는 경우 리모컨을 사용하면 모든 단말이 동작한다. 이를 막기 위해 고유의 채널을 설정할 수 있다.

 

  1. 리모컨 전면부를 손이나 장애물을 이용해 막고 통화키와 음소거키를 동시에 누르고 있는다.
  2. 전면부에 불이 들어오면 손을 뗀다.
  3. 원하는 채널 2자리수를 입력한다. 예) 채널 8 이면 08을 누른다. 채널은 0~15 까지 가능하다.
  4. Group 에서 리모컨에 설정한 채널을 설정한다.

    Web Admin Settings > General Settings > System Settings > Remote Control, Keypad, and Power> and set the Channel

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

 

 To set the channel on a Polycom Group Series,  the configuration must be done through the web UI.  Browse to the IP address of the Group Series.   Choose 

Admin Settings > General Settings > System Settings > Remote Control, Keypad, and Power> and set the Channel ID {0..15, default = 3}.

   

 

    

After setting the channel on the endpoint, you must also use the procedure below to set the Channel ID on the actual remote control.  (From Chapter 9 of the Administrator's Guide for the Polycom RealPresence Group Series).
